Menttium's History

Since 1991, Menttium's innovative mentoring programs have helped companies harness the power of personal connection to develop leaders, increase productivity and achieve organizational goals. Our global reach, cutting-edge technology, customizable programs and hands-on approach create immediate and lasting impact. Through consulting services, Menttium offers companies strategic planning and consulting, structure and support services, and a rigorous process and methodology to design custom mentoring solutions that directly address organizational goals.
