In this spirit, Menttium is proud to offer Menttium 100 program scholarships to high-performing female talent in the non-profit sector. Through the generosity of our clients and participants we are able to bring the power of Menttium's strategic mentoring to organizations that would not otherwise have the resources to support outside development opportunities.

Menttium 100 is a cross-company mentoring program for high-performing, professional women. The program components include:

• One-to-one mentoring partnership with a business professional from another organization
• Business Education session focusing on core business and leadership topics
• Networking and peer mentoring experiences

Menttium 100 mentees are:

• Mid-level, high-performing professional women (6 years of business experience)
• Demonstrated leaders within the organizations
• Highly motivated and invested in their professional career growth
