Mentoring Program Specialist

Full Time

Menttium is seeking an eager to learn overachiever to join our team. As a small employer in a niche industry, everything that this role encompasses is critical to the business. We’re ready to groom the right candidate into the job of their lifetime, but we also know this role isn’t right for everyone. Here are a few reasons to work for Menttium: challenging work where you can make an impact every day, lots of opportunities to work with cutting edge technology and to build your skill sets in process improvement and process efficiencies. If you’ve ever worried about just being a cog in the machine, that isn’t an option here. With a small dedicated team, your role will be pivotal to the growth of the company. We are positioned for exciting changes in 2017 and though we have the stability of having been in business for 25 years and have a great long term client base, we function much like a start-up. We offer great benefits, an office with natural light, exposed brick, vaulted ceilings, a casual dress code and we work primarily on Macs.
