Coffee Card Giveaway Terms and Conditions:
No purchase necessary. The Starbucks Card is currently accepted in the US and Canada only. To receive this $5 (USD) Coffee Card, you must provide Menttium Corporation with the contact information for a qualified mentor who agrees to mentor in the Fall 2007 Menttium 100 Program. Referrer must provide complete and accurate contact information in order to receive the coffee card. Coffee cards be given away after the referred mentor is contacted and has confirmed his/her status and willingness to mentor in the 2007 Menttium 100 Program. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Coffee cards will be given away to referrals received between April 1 and April 30, 2007. Qualified mentors must be men or women in corporate leadership roles (typically Vice President or higher) working at companies with more than 5,000 employees and agree to mentor for 1-2 hours a month starting in the fall of 2007.
Menttium is not responsible for incomplete or lost registrations, data failure, or human error. Menttium will not be responsible for coffee cards lost in transit. Coffee Card is $5 USD (five U.S. Dollars) only.
