Minneapolis, MN/November 14, 2006 – Menttium Corporation, the global leader in mentoring solutions, is pleased to announce Kathleen Pytleski has been named Senior Vice President.
Ms. Pytleski brings more than twenty years of experience specializing in strategic business development. She has led the creation of new businesses, opened new markets and formed strategic alliances for several multi-national corporations across multiple industries. In addition, she has mentored in the Menttium 100 Program numerous times since 1992.

Ms. Pytleski holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota. She recently served as the President and board member of the Minnesota Security Board and is involved in several non-profit and professional organizations, including Minnesota Public Radio and the University of Minnesota.
Ms. Pytleski joins Menttium from Upland Consulting, Inc., where she served as Executive Vice President and CFO and board member.
