Internal Mentoring Programs

Customize a mentoring program based on your objectives

Our Internal Mentoring Programs expand mentoring into a multi-faceted, multi-dimensional learning experience that can be tailored to strengthen your business performance culture. Our consulting partners have years of design and implementation experience and will work closely with you to deliver a unique program designed to address your particular objectives.

By applying years of research and field-tested expertise we’ve built the industry’s most comprehensive interview and match process. Plus, we’ve integrated renewable and repeatable diagnostics that help you demonstrate a Return on Mentoring™ (ROM).

Menttor™: One-to-One Mentoring

This program matches mentors and mentees within the same company in a confidential and voluntary mentoring partnership. Mentee-driven and mentor-guided, Menttor focuses on an individual’s professional and personal development needs. Mentees set personal goals during orientation, create a monthly meeting agenda to focus on their goals, and continuously monitor their progress throughout the program.

Circles™: Group Mentoring

The structure of Circles encourages a learning and development process owned by the participants. Group members identify and design their monthly learning activities and every month they provide feedback to each other and develop individual action plans to apply their learning. Mentors contribute to the learning process by sharing their experiences, organizational perspective, and expertise.

Customize Your Own Program

Whether you have an existing program you’d like to refresh or you want to create a unique program that fits your objectives, we’ll work with you to craft a solution that fits your needs. With 20 years of mentoring experience, we are ideally suited for creating a program that helps you fulfill your company goals.

Mentor Readiness Training

This program provides mentors with the tools, resources, and the training they need to propel their mentoring relationships forward. We combine group discussion and active learning to help individuals learn and strengthen their mentoring skills. By learning how to structure their mentoring relationship, mentors gain the confidence and skills to guide their mentee’s development, whether they are meeting face to face or virtually.
