Dr. Christopher Bray is CEO and Founder of the Adaption Institute, a research-based organization that provides science based solutions for organizations experiencing change. Since 2002 Dr. Bray has worked with Fortune 500 organizations, as well as numerous tech startups. Dr. Bray worked for Pfizer and Baxter for 16 years and finished his corporate career as Senior Global Vice President of Organizational Development & Effectiveness. A highly sought-after keynote speaker, Dr. Bray has given over 300 keynotes in the last three years. His engaging, entertaining delivery and ability to take complex research and make it applicable to his audiences has proven valuable to Fortune 500 organizations. Dr. Bray graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a PhD in Organizational & Adult Development and a 2nd PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a concentration in the cognitive sciences.
