Interview Specialist

 

Variable Contract - Part Time - Virtual or St. Paul, MN - moving to Richfield, MN in June 2018

Menttium is seeking a flexible contract interviewer to support our busy interview seasons. Do you love talking to people and helping them gain clarity in their goals? Key Accountabilities:
Conduct mentee and mentor interviews via phone to determine the mentee’s development goals and the mentors skills and strengths as they relate to mentoring. Exercise courtesy and professionalism to all respondents. Demonstrate the ability to professionally work with cross-cultural individuals. Flexibility in schedule during peak interview periods. Maintain confidentiality of all collected data Other duties as discussed.

 

Minimum Qualifications:
Three to five years+ experience working in a corporate setting (e.g., Fortune 500 company). Three years interviewing experience Associates degree in business, management, HR or similar Bachelor degree preferred. Six years experience in lieu of degree. Ability to read and speak English fluently. Ability to talk, listen, interview and type concurrently. Bilingual is a plus.

Menttium Sales Leader

 

This senior sales position provides strategy and execution to securing new Fortune 1000 client accounts for the organization: selling our products and services, contributing to sales expansion measures, and supporting ongoing development of existing accounts. This key leadership position requires a savvy, tenacious person with significant sales experience (10+years) and the ability to travel periodically to client and prospect locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

Leadership

  • Motivate and lead internal team to solicit and develop new accounts throughmarketing, referrals and networking.
  • Keep company leadership regularly informed on opportunity forecasts, agreements in process, market direction, industry leaders and industry alliances; assess relevance to the company.

Prospect Generation

  • Sales execution focused on the entire United States, with global reach, but concentration in some key markets: Greater Twin Cities and Chicago areas.
  • Identify and connect with Decision Makers within targeted organizations.
  • Continually network on behalf of Menttium with existing strong personal network of F1000 executives.

 

  • Develop and execute effective business growth plan.
  • Collaborate across the organization.
  • Bring knowledge and experience in the areas of Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, etc.

Qualify Leads, Stage Opportunities, and Close (Sales Cycle)

  • Ability to grow and close a pipeline of business.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and target revenue expectations.
  • Qualify leads by a) matching prospect needs with what Menttium can deliver, b)confirm prospect is open to working with an external firm, and c) confirm prospect has the budget to move forward.
  • Execute staging opportunities based on identified program of interest to accelerate the prospect through the pipeline.

 

  • Tailor the message and persuasively communicate the value of Menttium products and services in order to close the sale.
  • Comprehensively describe mentoring in a way that enables prospects to clearly identify how Menttium can add value to their human capital strategies and assist with achieving a performance culture.
  • Develop and communicate proposals and statement of work documents.
  • Maximize near and long-term revenue potential with each new client.

Marketing Communications Support

  • Lead and assist in various marketing outreach activities (i.e. sales webinars,conferences/events, etc.).
  • Share marketing campaigns and materials with networking contacts, prospects, Menttium alumni, and others as appropriate.

Prior Experience

  • Successful at New Business Development.
  • Successful Sales Performance Management:
    a. Pipeline management
    b. Forecast accuracy
  • Prior experience successfully collaborating with operations and product development.
  • Small Business selling to medium and large corporations.
  • Complex sales experience selling packaged services in a B2B environment.
