Administrative Assistant

Menttium is seeking an experienced contract Administrative Assistant to support our team.

Key Accountabilities (not an exhaustive list):


  • Email, scheduling and calendaring using Gmail
  • Phone coverage
  • Power Point Deck editing
  • Data Entry into Salesforce
  • LinkedIn research
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive staff

Minimum qualifications:


  • A minimum of three year’s experience program administration or customer service
  • High School diploma or GED
