Menttium is seeking an experienced operations professional with a passion for leadership development to join our team. This position is designed to primarily support the operations and client experience areas of the business. The position is critical to day to day operations of the business as well as expanding existing client growth through strategic account support and innovative thinking on behalf of our clients. Prior experience in project and process management as well as experience in account management with Fortune 500 companies located in Minneapolis and Chicago would be highly preferred.

OVERVIEW

 

The operations leader is responsible for managing the many processes of the organization to ensure Menttium effectively delivers their services to their clients. The leader oversees a wide variety of activities ranging from monitoring all the mentoring logistics to delivering high quality service that results in strong customer experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Process management and enhancements
    • Manage key processes for the organization
    • Review existing processes, identify potential challenges, recommend and implement procedural enhancements to improve execution
    • Identify ways to use technology to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of delivery of services
  • Program logistics management
    • Manage all aspects of program delivery to mentees, mentors and clients (e.g. onboarding, interview scheduling, match coordination and communication delivery)
    • Ensure that key touchpoints occur for mentees, mentors and program managers to ensure all constituents have a valuable experience
    • Ensure clients understand the key program deadlines and have the tools/information necessary to meet the deadlines
    • Create and send program results reports to clients
    • Develop strong relationships with clients and recommend solutions to better meet clients’ needs, as appropriate
  • Project management
    • Lead efforts on new projects to ensure clients’ needs are met and efficiencies are achieved
    • Provide strong management and reporting on all initiatives
    • Track and communicate the status of all projects
  • Marketing and engagement support
    • Review client proposals
    • Review communications before being sent to various constituents
    • Manage the deployment of mass email communications
    • Update existing client collateral and propose recommendations for new information/tools
    • Track mentor recruitment efforts

  • Ability to think strategically and see opportunities for improvements
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Strong skills and interest in many technology platforms including Salesforce, Survey Monkey, Conga, Pardot, Gmail, Google Drive, Doodle and more. Familiarity with Vimeo, WordPress and InDesign preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a professional work environment
