Menttium is seeking an experienced operations professional with a passion for leadership development to join our team. This position is designed to primarily support the operations and client experience areas of the business. The position is critical to day to day operations of the business as well as expanding existing client growth through strategic account support and innovative thinking on behalf of our clients. Prior experience in project and process management as well as experience in account management with Fortune 500 companies located in Minneapolis and Chicago would be highly preferred.

Menttium’s headquarters is located in Richfield, MN, however, we successfully work with clients across the US and internationally. This position can be remote from anywhere in the contingent U.S. Midwest time zones preferred. The operations leader is responsible for managing the many processes of the organization to ensure Menttium effectively delivers their services to their clients. The leader oversees a wide variety of activities ranging from monitoring all the mentoring logistics to delivering high quality service that results in strong customer experiences.
