US Bank is hosting an after-hours networking event aimed at connecting professional women in the metro area during Women’s History Month. During the event, there will be activities for personal inspiration, networking and connection-building opportunities.

This Summit is the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation’s annual meeting and the opportunity for senior executive women from across the health care industry to network and continue to improve their businesses. Our CEO, Lynn Sontag, is a member of the organization, and will be attending the event with other top executive women from the healthcare industry.
This will be a fantastic learning and networking opportunity, and Lynn is looking forward to taking in cutting-edge content during the breakout sessions.
For the second year in a row, Menttium supported this conference by joining with coaches and leaders on the power of investing in talent for the future, and hosted a booth showcasing our mentoring programs and resources.
TechTalent is intended to build ongoing dialogue among educators, employers and talent providers as we work to solve the workforce challenge together. The goal of this event was for attendees to leave with a richer understanding of the factors that influence our pool of available talent, what skills companies require new hires to have, and what employees at all levels need to feel engaged and committed in a company.
Katie Hendrickson from our senior leadership team was in attendance, and was able to connect with other leaders to discuss the importance of developing and retaining key talent in our workplaces.
This event, hosted by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal, offered attendees the opportunity to choose from about 45 highly successful mentors – including our CEO Lynn Sontag – for short conversations in a speed mentoring-like setting.
Mentors were selected by the MSPBJ for being the most influential women in the business community for one-on-one and group coaching sessions. Lynn was able to spend the entire morning encouraging and guiding bright young professionals, and looks forward to participating in similar events hosted by the MSPBJ.
As an exhibitor, we participated in this interactive conference focused on presenting the latest research, case studies, practical strategies, and interactive discussions on the topic of using coaching to create high impact leaders.
Claiming our identities, we reveal our strengths and what makes us unique. By sharing our knowledge, our experiences, and our true selves, we discover what is common among us. We cannot connect without listening. Through empathy, we learn how each piece comes together.

For 31 years, The Forum on Workplace Inclusion® (The Forum) has served as a convening hub for those seeking to grow professional leadership and effectiveness skills in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion by engaging people, advancing ideas, and igniting change.
The Forum expands mindsets, skill sets, and tool sets necessary for true workplace inclusion, which is why we were excited to participate in this event as an exhibitor.
The Mentorship Strategies Workshop was created to support the development of Asians and other professionals of color during Asian Heritage Month in the Twin Cities metro area. This session provided participants with best practices and tools to develop and support successful one-on-one and group mentoring. Through our “A Strong Start to Your Mentoring Experience” session, participants were able to develop mentoring goals and an action plan to move forward.
Circle of Women celebrates the power of women, children and families in our community to propel greater social and economical change. Together, we can create unlimited possibilities for all. The Menttium team experienced this signature event with 1,200+ like-minded individuals and businesses committed to eliminating racism and empowering women and girls.
