Participant Feedback

  • The mentoring experience really helped me grow in soft skills ways that I didn’t expect. I think I found ways to grow under every single goal I set.
  • The mentoring experience exceeded my expectations.
  • It ended up being a lot more about personal growth and overcoming challenges and gaining alternative perspective, more so than about the hard skills in my career.

  • My mentoring program has helped me to be much more confident and be able to communicate better than I used to, thus making me much more visible.
  • My mentor has certainly gotten me thinking differently. I am seeing where there were opportunities for growth and connection and the past that I did not recognize as such before.
  • My mentor was a great thought partner and encouraged me to talk with people throughout the organization who can be “champions” for my career goals.
