Contract Sales Assistant

We are currently seeking an experienced and eager to learn assistant with a passion for leadership development to join our team. This position is designed to primarily support new business sales through an account based marketing strategy. Additional responsibilities include heavy LinkedIn use and research with Sales Navigator of existing contacts for referral connections. The position is critical to future growth of the organization. Prior experience in an administrative assistant or sales assistant role will be essential as well as knowledge of Fortune 500 companies located in Minneapolis and Chicago.

Key Accountabilities

  • Research LinkedIn using Sales Navigator for connections to prospective clients
  • Create unique connections with existing contacts for referrals into new business
  • Leverage knowledge of Salesforce to generate reports and clean up data
  • Use of data loader and v-lookups in Excel will be critical to working efficiently and effectively
  • Draft email communication
  • Respond to website inquiries and follow-up
  • Draft proposals and edit Statements of Work
  • Provide administrative support to Senior Leadership Team, including scheduling
  • Meet and exceed set connection goals per week
  • Meet and exceed meeting setting goals per week

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years as an Administrative Assistant or Sale Assistant and desire to support the Sales function.
  • Bachelors degree in business, management, human resource management, or similar. Six+ years experience in lieu of degree.
  • Strengths in the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

    • Time management and ability to meet deadlines

Contract Interview Specialist

We are currently seeking a flexible contract interviewer to support our busy interview seasons. Do you love talking to people and helping them gain clarity in their goals?  Are you looking for a flexible work schedule?  This could be the position for you!

This position will have variable hours.

Key Accountabilities

Conduct mentee and mentor interviews via phone to determine the mentee’s development goals and the mentor’s skills and strengths as they relate to mentoring.
Maintain confidentiality of all collected data.
Exercise courtesy and professionalism to all respondents.
Demonstrate the ability to professionally work with cross-cultural individuals.
Flexibility in schedule during peak interview periods.

Minimum Qualifications

Three to five years plus experience working in a corporate setting (e.g., Fortune 500 company)
Three years interviewing experience Associates degree in business, management, HR or similar Bachelor degree preferred
Six years experience in lieu of degree
Ability to read and speak English fluently
Ability to talk, listen, interview and type concurrently
Bilingual is a plus
