Menttium is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. This position is designed to primarily support the sales and operations areas of the business. The position is critical to day-to-day operations of the business, as well as expanding existing client growth through strategic account support and innovative thinking on behalf of our clients. Human Resources and/or leadership development acumen with Fortune 500 companies is highly preferred, in addition to prior account management experience.

OVERVIEW
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, with a focus on account management, to ensure Menttium maintains a reputation as best-in-class for customer service and client support. This individual will manage relationships with our buyers, program administrators, enrolled mentees, and volunteer mentors. The relationship manager will report to our SVP of Business Development and work cross-functionally with team members in all areas of the business.

This position will have variable hours.
Conduct mentee and mentor interviews via phone to determine the mentee’s development goals and the mentor’s skills and strengths as they relate to mentoring.
Maintain confidentiality of all collected data.
Exercise courtesy and professionalism to all respondents.
Demonstrate the ability to professionally work with cross-cultural individuals.
Flexibility in schedule during peak interview periods.
Other duties as discussed.
Three to five years plus experience working in a corporate setting (e.g., Fortune 500 company)
Three years interviewing experience Associates degree in business, management, HR or similar Bachelor degree preferred
Six years experience in lieu of degree
Ability to read and speak English fluently
Ability to talk, listen, interview and type concurrently
Bilingual is a plus
Ability to actively listen to responses to questions while capturing them through typing quickly and accurately into a software application
Ability to process what is being said and probe for more meaning on the answers
Act in an ethical manner Quickly change direction; be flexible
Strong verbal communication
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Information and Communication Technology (e.g., Internet, SalesForce.com, MS Office, WebEx)
