We can also provide a unique opportunity for our senior leaders to become potential mentors for high-performing professionals from another participating company. This experience provides senior leaders with an unparalleled perspective  into challenges and opportunities other industries face.

Our partner, Menttium Corporation, provides all the tools, training, and support for participant success including mentor effectiveness training.

At this time, we are currently seeking nominations for program participation. Qualified mentees and mentors should be committed to personal and professional development and must be willing to commit one to two hours per month for the 12-month program.
