Menttium began in 1991 with the goal of helping women break the glass ceiling and has continued to evolve over the last 29 years. The one constant throughout the last two and a half decades has been our primary focus on mentoring. We believe mentoring is best when there is a three pronged approach including a one to one mentoring relationship, group learning and peer connections. Each of our programs is designed to include active learning sessions focused on trending leadership development topics. Our peer learning opportunities are available through an online format and social media.
